Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable. By completing your purchase you agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including change of plans, travel disruptions or personal circumstances.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable. If you are no longer able to attend Known on Friday 16th October 2026 you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.
To arrange a transfer please notify us at least 72 hours before the event date with the full name and email address of the person who will be attending in your place.
Transfer requests received less than 72 hours before the event cannot be guaranteed.
Event Changes
In the unlikely event that KNOWN is postponed or cancelled by PR With Perkes, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a transfer to the rescheduled date or a full refund.
